Setup takes several working days once we have your materials and access. Plan on roughly $50–$100 per day in ad spend, paid directly to Meta from your own ad account — we never touch or mark up the spend. Booked, attended and closed are three separate things. Qualification questions filter out low-intent bookings, and automated reminders and follow-up protect show-up rates. How no-shows, reschedules and cancellations count toward your performance model is defined in writing before the campaign begins — so there's never an argument about it afterwards.
