You only pay per performance: the fee is tied to booked, qualified appointments rather than a fixed monthly marketing package. Before launch we agree in writing exactly what counts as a qualified appointment, how appointments are counted and attributed, and what happens when one doesn't qualify — so the invoice always matches what actually landed on your calendar.
For qualifying businesses we agree an appointment target in a written service agreement, along with the measurement period, the qualification criteria and the remedy if the target isn't reached. The agreement defines the guarantee — not the headline — and not every business qualifies. We'll tell you on the call whether yours does.
Setup takes a few working days; first appointments can start appearing within about two weeks of launch, depending on your offer, market and budget. Plan on roughly $50–$100 per day in ad spend, paid directly to Meta from your own ad account — we never touch or mark up the spend.
Qualification questions filter out low-intent bookings, and automated reminders and real-time follow-up protect show-up rates. How no-shows and reschedules count toward your appointment model is agreed in writing before launch — so there's never an argument afterwards.
