Overview

SrnaDigital (“SrnaDigital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides marketing and client-acquisition services. This Privacy Policy applies to our websites, landing pages, forms, booking flows, and related communications.
By using our site or submitting your information, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information through it.

Information We Collect
Last updated: June 11, 2026
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact & business details: name, email, phone number, business name, website, revenue range, and other information you submit through forms or provide during a call.
- Scheduling details: information you provide when booking a call through our scheduling tool (e.g., Calendly), including answers to intake questions and any notes you submit.
- Payment information: if you purchase from us, payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive limited transaction details (such as confirmation, amount, and the last digits/brand of a card) but do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Usage & device data: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and interaction events, collected through analytics and similar technologies.
- Advertising & conversion data: information related to ad performance and conversions, including identifiers collected via advertising pixels and conversion APIs (e.g., the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) where enabled.
- Communications: the content of emails, messages, and form submissions you send us, and engagement data such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government IDs, health, or financial account details beyond what a payment processor requires). Please do not submit sensitive data through website forms.
How We Use Information
Last updated: June 11, 2026
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule and conduct calls.
- Provide our services, onboarding, and support.
- Process payments and deliver any purchased products or services.
- Send service-related messages (confirmations, updates, reminders).
- Send marketing communications where you have opted in or as otherwise permitted by law (you can opt out at any time).
- Measure and improve website performance, user experience, and marketing effectiveness (including conversions, where enabled).
- Protect against fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (where applicable, e.g., EEA/UK): we process personal data to perform a contract or take pre-contract steps at your request; based on your consent (which you may withdraw); for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business; and to comply with legal obligations.
SMS & Text Messages
Last updated: June 11, 2026
We collect phone numbers only when voluntarily submitted through our website forms or scheduling flow. SMS consent, where collected via website forms, uses two separate, unchecked checkboxes — one for delivery notifications and one for marketing messages. Each is independent. You may opt into one, both, or neither, and checking either box is not required to complete a purchase or download.
Delivery notifications: transactional messages such as report/download delivery, purchase confirmations, and booking reminders.
Marketing messages: promotional messages such as offers, tips, follow-ups, and educational content about our services.
Frequency: varies; typically 2–4 messages per month.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help. After opting out you will not receive further SMS unless you re-subscribe.
Carrier disclaimer: standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers are used solely for communication from SrnaDigital. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
Last updated: June 11, 2026
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to provide and support our services, maintain records of transactions, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive it. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements. You may request deletion as described in Your Rights.
Security
Last updated: June 11, 2026
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we rely on reputable providers (such as our hosting, database, and payment processors) that maintain their own safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Transfers
Last updated: June 11, 2026
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Request a portable copy of certain information.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (e.g., reply STOP to SMS, or use the unsubscribe link in emails).
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.
EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): you have the rights described above and may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, email support@srnadigital.com from (or referencing) the email or phone you used with us. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
